Abstract | PDF

The paper aims to identify and assess the intended behavior of using the service of getting pensions through accounts of pensioners in Long An province. The author has built a research model based on the technology acceptance model - TAM. The authors carried out qualitative research (scale adjustment) and quantitative one (model testing) in the study. A convenience sample of 486 units was collected to test the theoretical model. Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis, CFA and SEM analysis were used at the level of 95% confidence. Results show that the intended behavior depends on retirers’ attitude toward service in which attitude again depends on (1) Perceived usefulness and (2) Perceived ease of use. At the end of the study, the managerial implications are suggested to promote the intention. To do that, it is necessary to improve the two features of the service which are “Perceived usefulness” and “Perceived ease of use”, of which ease of use is especially important.

Abstract | PDF

The Fenofibrate tablet used was a high-tech dosage form, containing fenofibrate nanoparticles. Its advantage was a high bioavailability that was not affected by meal. This study aimed to prepare tablets containing fenofibrate nanoparticles with the same dose and bioavailability as the reference drug (Lipanthyl 145). The study developed a formula of nano fenofibrate suspension including fenofibrate 1,5g, HPC 0,05g, HPMC E6 0,025g, water 5g by wet ball milling. The suspension had a size less than 500nm and the ratio of fenofibrate was nano-sized to 70% after centrifuging at 100 rcf. Fenofibrate granules were made by fluid-bed granulation from milling suspension and fabricated tablet containing 145 mg of fenofibrate. The tablet had dissolution similar to the reference drug. The oral bioavailability of the studied tablets was compared to the reference drug in drugs according to the model of double crossover principle, two doses, two drugs, two periods, two sequences. The results of AUClast (µg*h/mL), Cmax (µg/mL), Tmax (h) of the studied tablet and reference drug were (45.473; 5.899; 2.625) and (46.019; 5.814; 2.583) respectively. This result showed that preparing nano fenofibrate-containing dosage form equivalent to the reference drug was feasible.

Some problems with trespassing on other people's dwellings and suggested solutions

Hong Linh Vo
Abstract | PDF

In recent years there have been many cases of trespassing on other people's accommodation. In addition, this is the cause of crimes caused by intentional acts committed by subjects. Here is another case where people lack knowledge of the law, leading to the commission of criminal acts. The current Penal Code has specific provisions concerning this crime in Article 158 on acts and sanctions that are aimed at punishing, educating, and deterring subjects. Although there have been criminal sanctions, the application of the provisions of Article 158 of the Penal Code still has problems such as: there is no legal document guiding what another person's accommodation is; which acts are considered acts of infringement on accommodation to determine criminal liability; which cases are considered insecurity of social order and safety; and the entanglement in gathering evidence to prove the offense. The research work is based on the method of analyzing the law of writing, synthesis and comparison. The study of difficulties and obstacles contributes to the uniform application of the law when dealing with crimes that infringe upon other people's accommodation and improves the effectiveness of the practical application.
